Article 1 :

This is called the rules of the Constitution of the Jordanian Hashemite Charity for the relief, development and cooperation of Arab and Islamic works from the date of approval by the Ministry of Social Development.

Article 2 :
The following words have the meanings assigned to them below in this system :

A-the kingdom: the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan .

b-organization: the Jordanian Hashemite Charity Organization for Arabic and Islamic Relief , Development and Cooperation.

c-the Council: the Board of Trustees of Organiztion. d-Executive Committee: Executive Committee of the Charity .

e-the General Assembly: General Assembly of the charity .

f-Constituent organization: whom sign on the founding document of the organization.

Article 3 :
The headquarters in Amman, capital of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and may establish branches within and outside the Kingdom .

Article 4 :
Composed of the constituent body of each of: (in accordance with the approved disclosure .

Article 5:
Objectives and functions of the organization The performance of the work of the Kingdom message in the Arab and Islamic societies, international and highlight the effective role in the service of such communities And show the human face of Jordan's Hashemite leadership through closer relationships between the Jordanian people and the Arab-Islamic peoplesAnd dissemination of Arab and Islamic culture on an international scale and to confirm aspects of interdependence and cooperation among the Arab and Islamic societies in the fight against App_Themes/Magnolia/images of poverty,disease and ignorance,through:

1- Work projects and charitable aid programs that benefit the Arab and Islamic societies in the areas of relief and development projects and rehabilitation, particularly in times of disaster and need for support and assistance.

2- Provide possible assistance to the children of Arab and Islamic peoples in need in the areas of scientific and social.

3- Meet the need of Arab and Islamic peoples of the specialized knowledge in multiple fields.

4- Definition of the needs of the Arab, Islamic and humanitarian issues, social and economic.

5- Assistance in finding suitable employment opportunities in kingdom inside and outside to perform their role in the service of their nation and achieve their goals .

6- provide Jordanian development process by support to establish development projects and volunteer for qualified help to develop the Jordanian community and the Arab and Islamic societies Arabic .

7- The establishment of cultural centers, educational and rehabilitation and the holding of seminars, meetings, conferences and the preparation of books and publishing, translation and distribution, voluntary work is beneficial to cooperation and coordination with similar side to achieve the targets and tasks.

article 6 :
the membership of organization conssist of.

1- Honorary member:based on the placement of the Executive Committee if the member is special , Granted membership in the honor.

2- An active member:
Which meets

the following conditions:

A-the member be willing to work to achieve the objectives of the organization.

B-to be in possession of full civil rights .

C-he must make a written request for membership .

D-to have a significant activity in the areas in which the organization working on.

E-reaching the age of twenty .

F-The approval of Executive Commitment.

G-paying The fees of affliating and participation as prescribed by the Board of Trustees .

3- supporter member:Each participating member of the body or help in achieving its goals and carry out its functions have not been fulfilled the conditions set forth in paragraphs (c, d, e, g) of Article 6 .

Article 7 :
ending the membership the ending of membership is desided by Executive Committee in the following cases:

A-signed the written resignation of the date of acceptance .

B-Death .

C-the loss of one of the conditions of membership .

D-the Executive Committee can freezing of the absolute majority, or the separation of the member who is outside the body or the decisions or instructions .

E-The right of the Executive Committee decides to restore the membership of the dismissal or freeze its membership after a year of the dismissal decision referred to in article (d) of the causes that led up to it .

Article 8 :

Organizational structure consists of the following:

1- Board of Trustees.

2- Executive Committee.

3- General Assembly.

Article 10:
General Provisions

1- An amendment of the Statute by which the decision of the Board of Trustees at the recommendation of the Executive Committee or the General assembly.

2- if Charity Organization is Resigned,For any reason the money return to charities or organization established by the board of trustees at the recommendation of the Executive Committee.

3- A member of the Executive Committee can't be absent from meetings for more than three times in ayear without an excuse accepted by the Executive Committee and then it lose its membership and selection of alternative If it is elected by the General Assembly appointed the member who received the most votes in the last election In the absence of a reserve member In the absence of a reserve member of the Executive Committee will select a replacement from among the members of the general assembly serving to hold the first meeting of the General Public.

4- The method of electing half the members of the Executive Committee of the General Assembly by secret ballot and the right of every member working in organization,nomination for membership of the Executive Committee .

5- Adopt the principle of volunteerism in their work only in cases in which the Executive Committee considers the need for the appointment of paid staff or reward charged according to the instructions issued by the Board of Trustees .
